The BAIA BLU Estate Agency is in Massa Carrara (MS), Tuscany.
We work with weekly summer rentals of flats, villas and terraced houses; we have a wide set of offers both in the coastal area (from Marina di Massa to Cinquale) and in the hinterlands (from the sea to our hills and mountains). We can also offer ideal solutions for the fall and winter holidays (Christmas, New Years’ Eve etc.) and spring holidays (Carnival, Easter, 1° May – Workers’ day). We personally select the flats and villas.
We are also specialized in sales of properties helping our customers with the viewing of the property, the proposal, the compromise and the notarized deeds. We will always provide you with our willingness, courtesy, assistance and reliability.
